Ornamental plaque representing the Archangel Raphael and Tobias, who walk hand in hand. Tobias holds a fish in his left hand, and a small dog accompanies the scene. The oval plate is surrounded by relief rockeries with a figurehead at the bottom and a plumed bust at the top. Alexius Feit attributes this typology of ornamental plates to the period 1737-1749, when Jacinto Causada and José Ochando took over the artistic direction of the Royal Factory after the final departure of Joseph Olerys, the first director of the county manufacturing.
